The Everybody is Somebody Fest Giveaway begins on Thursday, August 13 and will conclude on Monday, August 31 at 11:59pm CST. Winners will be announced before September 5. Entries received outside of the giveaway period will not be eligible.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified by the official Luckenbach Instagram account DM and/or the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours and provide proof of eligibility. If the winner does not respond or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Participating prize partners will never request payment or banking information to claim a prize.

• Open to legal residents of Texas who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Albert Hotel, Luckenbach Texas, participating prize partners and their affiliated companies are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Transportation, meals, incidentals and other expenses not specifically listed are the responsibility of the winner. Hotel stay, event tickets and meet & greet are subject to availability, event scheduling and applicable venue/hotel policies.

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Albert Hotel, Luckenbach Texas, Instagram/Meta, participating artists and prize partners from claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Albert Hotel and participating partners reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its administration or integrity.
