Beyond the Barrel
Join us for Beyond the Barrel, an evening in The Wellhouse presented by Albert Hotel, Garrison Brothers Distillery, and Bariay 1492 Cigars. Enjoy a one-night-only, four-course dinner where craft & intentionality meet at every turn, from the first bite to the last pour.
The evening builds course by course, from cured pork shoulder and smoked shrimp & grits to a coffee and tobacco-crusted Wagyu New York strip. Each course is paired with pours from Garrison Brothers, named Distillery of the Year, with Dan Garrison himself present to guide you through each selection, including a special pour of Albert Hotels' own single barrel aged bourbon, crafted in 2025.
Between courses, Executive Chef Michael Behan will speak to the ingredients on your plate. When dinner draws to a close, cigar maker Alan Kirchhoff from Bariay 1942 will bring the night to a fitting end under the open summer sky.
