Dine with us Tuesday, April 21 for an intimate, six-course wine dinner at The Wellhouse. Paired with award-winning wines from Becker Vineyards, this one-night experience brings together thoughtful, seasonal flavors from the Texas coast to Hill Country ranches.
Throughout the evening, you’ll taste bright, coastal flavors beginning with oysters from Rockport, Texas, before moving into deeper, more savory notes as each course builds in complexity. We proudly feature locally sourced Enchanted Mushrooms from Llano, Texas, and fire-kissed Branded Meats Wagyu ribeye from Harper, Texas, layered with smoky, savory accents and complemented by the structured depth of the gold medal-winning Ranger Hays. The evening closes with a warm, indulgent finish of toasted pecan, honey & citrus cream, prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Keidel Hughes and paired with the vibrant, citrus-kissed Clementine.
